Traffic has reopened in Middle River and a school lockdown has been lifted following an investigation into an explosive device by Baltimore County Police. At approximately 7 a.m. on Wednesday, May 31, detectives were conducting a joint investigation at a home in the 700 block of Middle River Road when they came upon a suspicious device that was potentially an explosive, police say.
