Investigators from the Tarrytown Police Department were dispatched to Coffee Labs on Main Street on Aug. 14, where there was a report of a burglary in the past, involving a suspect who broke into the back door of the business.

The incident was investigated by the Tarrytown Detective Division, which recovered evidence and identified Juan Garcia, 35, as a suspect. During the burglary, he allegedly stole cash and other items from the business.

Garcia had previously been charged with exposing himself to a female student at the EF International Language Center.

On Aug. 27, police said that Garcia was located in Sleepy Hollow and taken into custody with the assistance of local police. Garcia was arrested and charged with burglary. He’s been remanded to the Westchester County Jail without bail. Garcia is due to appear back in Tarrytown Justice Court on Aug. 29 to answer the charge.

Police said that anyone with any additional information regarding the burglary has been asked to contact investigators by calling (914) 631-1514.
