New Castle Police Accuse Man Of Making Meth

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- A New Castle man alleged to have been making meth in his home has been arrested.

New Castle Police announced the arrest of Peter Russell, 64, after a Saturday morning search of his home, at 24 Red Oak Lane, which is in the Mount Kisco postal section of town, as part of an investigation for possible methamphetamine manufacturing. Police said  that evidence of manufacturing Methamphetamine was found. 

Russell was arrested and charged with one count off third-degree unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine, a felony. He was arraigned in New Castle Justice Court and then sent to Westchester County Jail, police said, on bail of $5,000. His next New Castle date is on July 17 at 7:30 p.m., according to police.
