WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- The southbound Saw Mill River Parkway in Mount Kisco has reopened after an overturned vehicle resulted in its closure Tuesday morning.
The closure, at Exit 37 (Kisco Avenue), was reported at 9 a.m. and cleared by 9:45 a.m.
