WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Motorists in Northern Westchester and Putnam have had to contend with several traffic incidents Wednesday morning.
The left lane of northbound I-684 was blocked after an accident reported at 7 a.m.
The accident, between Route 138 (Exit 6A) and Hardscrabble Road (Exit 8), has resulted in stop-and-go traffic.
Route 202 was blocked at Todd Lane in Somers due to a fallen tree at about 6 a.m. Wednesday after heavy overnight rains. The tree was reportedly on wires in that area.
A fallen tree alsoed blocked one lane of Route 118 at Granite Springs Road at 6:30 a.m.
An accident on the Taconic State Parkway south between Underhill Avenue and Route 134 reported at 6:41 a.m. caused 10-minute delays. Stop-and-go traffic was reported in the area.
