BEDFORD, N.Y. -- The rumble of the snow plows will soon be heard, which means it's time for residents to stop parking their vehicles on town or county roads, according to the Bedford Police Department.
Winter parking restrictions go into effect for Bedford's town and county roads on Tuesday, Nov. 15 and run to Saturday, April 1.

The restriction is to make sure there is room to sand, or plow the roads of snow.
