Friday, May 4

Annual Spring Clean-up and Chowder & Marching Club's Super Tag Sale9 a.m. - 3 p.m. C&M will pick up your stuff on Friday and bring it to the Town Yard on Crusher Road for a donation. Contact the club to arrange a pick-up at chowderclub@aol.com. Bedford Town Disposal Yard, Crusher Road.

Senior Citizens' Prom: 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. Seniors are invited to come to Fox Lane’s Commons to enjoy food, fun and dancing at a real prom--just like back in high school. Fox Lane High School, 632 S. Bedford Road, Bedford.

An Evening with Liz Callaway: Cabaret in the Music Room: 8:30 p.m. Tickets are $75 for this show starring Liz Callaway, Broadway singer, actress and recording artist. She starred as Grizabella in “Cats,” and was the singing voice of the title characters in Disney’s “Anastasia,” “The Swan Princess,” “Beauty and the Beast” and Princess Jasmine in “Aladdin.” Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts, 149 Girdle Ridge Road, Katonah. 

 

Sunday, May 6 Pasta Dinner Fundraiser for Local Nursing Scholarships: 4 p.m. The Lions Club will hold a pasta dinner catered by Casa DiLiso and hosted by the Lions Clubs of Armonk, Bedford Hills, Bedford Village, Mount Kisco and Pound Ridge. All proceeds go to nursing scholarships. Admission is $20 for adults. Mount Kisco American Legion, 1 Legion Way, Mount Kisco.

Build a “Succulent” Centerpiece at Lasdon Park: 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. This hands-on class in the Lasdon Greenhouse costs $20. Call 914-886-5108 to reserve a spot. Lasdon Park, Arboretum & Veterans’ Memorial, 2610 Route 35, Katonah.
