Learn Relaxation Techniques In Katonah Library Program

KATONAH, N.Y. – Attain peace of mind with "Breath, Movement and Meditation" Tuesday afternoons from noon to 1 p.m. and Wednesday evenings from 6-7 p.m. at the Katonah Village Library.

Teachers from O2 Living, Quest Arts Center, Golden Temple, Sage Yoga and other instructors will be on hand to teach participants the importance of learning to quiet the mind.

Register or drop-in at the Katonah Village Library. Participants need to bring $10 and a mat.
