Bedford Village Shops Hosting 'Jingle Pass Weekend'

BEDFORD VILLAGE, N.Y. - Bedford Village will be in full holiday mode starting Friday with the annual Jingle Pass Weekend.

Bedford Village residents can gather on the Village Green and sing a selection of holiday music and the annual tree lighting ceremony.

At 4:30 p.m., Friday, residents are encouraged to gather on the Village Green to sing holiday songs and join in on the countdown for the tree lighting. Hot chocolate will be handed out at the fire house at the beginning of the event.

On Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. the Bedford Presbyterian Church is hosting its annual Mistletoe Mart. There will be hand crafted items and holiday greens for sale, as well as a Quilt Raffle.

And all weekend, local stores are offering special holiday discounts and treats to thank residents for shopping locally.
