Then after a 1/2 hour of winding around Ossining we're diverted back South again. So frustrating. And, I'm sorry, but the police officers are no help at all. View Comment

I was on my way home last night around 9:30 pm. Route 9a north of 134 was closed and traffic diverted to 134. After crawling up route 9 to be able to continue North towards home, we get to the intersection of 9 & 9a and it was CLOSED going north. All the cars were diverted AGAIN to go south on 9a -- down to 134 where we all u-turned to go back north on 9a that was now miraculously open. So, what was this? Who knows? It was way after this accident. View Comment
