I remember climbing up this as a kid. What a cool thing it would be to bring it back! It definitely would draw in visitors -- lots of Catskill and other fire towers are destinations for hikers and walkers. View Comment

Over the past 2 days driving around in town I have only seen one NYSEG truck. I see the wire damage but it does not appear that they are fixing anything. Hopefully I am just missing them but I get the feeling we are not high on their priority list. Politicians make some noise! Those without power call NYSEG every day and make your voice heard!
