A serious crash with a car off the roadway resulted in the closure of the Exit 3 ramp on the northbound Taconic State Parkway to the Saw Mill River Parkway in Westchester on Wednesday afternoon.

The rollover crash was reported just before 2 p.m. in Mount Pleasant. The ramp reopened less than an hour later.
