BEDFORD HILLS, N.Y. - Joyce B. Smith, a lifelong resident of the Katonah area, died March 6 at her home in Bedford Hills. She was 80.

Smith was born to the late Lelon and Edna Brooks. She was married to the late Richard W. Smith for 38 years.
