PEEKSKILL, N.Y. – The 1st Westchester/Putnam Masonic Charities Corporation will host its 3rd Annual Golf Outing at the Casperkill Country Club, in Poughkeepsie on June 29.

“If we all help with one sponsor, we can make this our most successful year yet,” MCC Golf Outing Chairman Rob McCarthy said. “We are averaging just over $4000 per year and I'd love to see this year surpass that. “We will be presenting a check to a charity at the outing, so you can see their donation in action.”

McCarthy, who lives in Peekskill, noted that funds would be used for various charities supported by the Masons in the Westchester/Putnam community. Last year’s event raised more than $4,000, including a $1,000 donation to help fund Peekskill’s First Hebrew Nursery School’s “Playground Fund”.

The day-long event will include up to a limit of 144 golfers who will enjoy a round of golf, green fees and cart, refreshments, breakfast, lunch and dinner and a $10,000 Hole-in-One contest. The day will also include gifts, raffles, awards and prizes with an 8:30 check-in and a 10 a.m. shotgun start.
