POUND RIDGE, N.Y.--Pound Ridge Elementary School has joined the list of schools that will reopen Monday, Bedford Central School District Superintendent Jere Hochman announced Sunday.

Earlier in the day, it was announced on the district's Hurricane Sandy Twitter page that Bedford Village Elementary School, Bedford Hills Elementary School and Mount Kisco Elementary School had regained power and would open Monday.

The Superintendent's Conference Day set for Tuesday has been rescheduled, so all schools with power by that day will have a full school day for students.

District officials were still waiting for word from the utility companies on the status of West Patent Elementary School and Fox Lane High School and Middle School, according to Hochman. Up-to-date information can be accessed on the district website and on Twitter @ bcsdnotes .
