“Alex currently has a 198 average, which is the fifth highest average in the league,” said head coach Paul Plutzker. “He has bowled 21 games more than 200 this season.”
Melnychuk’s impressive game has earned him a trip for the second year in a row to sectionals.
“He will be an all-league bowler,” Plutzker added. “He has worked very hard to improve his average 18 pins over last season.”
