BEDFORD, N.Y. -- Kimberly Gigante, a Bedford Hills resident, graduated from Western Connecticut State University this spring.
The commencement ceremony took place on the Westside campus with parents and other guests in attendance. WCSU President James W. Schmotter wished the graduates well and shook the hand of every student who walked across the stage.
