RYE BROOK, N.Y. - The Village of Rye Brook has announced changes in its sanitation schedule for the holiday season.
Christmas will be observed Monday, Dec. 26. Monday garbage collection moves to Tuesday and Tuesday garbage collection will move to Wednesday. The Wednesday through Friday collection schedule remains the same.
The recycling schedule will remain unchanged except there will be no bulk/green waste collection next week.
The New Year will be observed Monday, Jan. 2. The schedule for the week of Jan. 2 through 6 is the same as Dec. 26 through 30.
The village will follow the regular sanitation schedule for the week of Dec. 19. For more information visit the Villages website at ryebrook.org.
