Saturday and Sunday, 12 noon - 4 p.m. Water colorist Joe Mullins has been painting for years, but 2011 brings him to Muscoot for the first time. See his lovely landscapes and other works on display at the Main House. No admission fee.
Sunday, 8 a.m. If you love birds and youre an early riser, you can join Arthur Green, leading a bird walk through the back fields of the farm. Wear good shoes and bring your binoculars. No charge.
Sunday, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Muscoots weekly Farmers Market selling fresh produce, meat, fish, cheese, honey, maple syrup, flowers, baked goods and more! No admission fee.
Definitely Not for the Birds

Sunday 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. The second annual Great Estate and House Tour to benefit the Wolf Conservation Center. Six local homes will be visited and a noontime lunch will be available at the Bedford Post. Tickets: $75 for the tour, $25 for the lunch. The tour fee is completely tax-deductible.

Saturday, 2 p.m. Filmmaker Jonathan Fein will discuss his PBS prime time special, Objects and Memory, a documentary film exploring ordinary things and how they become valued sources of emotion and experience. Admission is free.

Sunday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Anyone can sell or buy at the weekly flea market. If you are on the selling end, you should arrive on Sunday at 7 a.m. to get a 20 x 20 space for $35. No reservations are required. Food will be on sale too. Note: In case of rain, the market will be canceled.
