Borgia (D-Ossining) represents District 9, which also includes Cortlandt and Peekskill.

"Catherine Borgia has openly defied the law," Outhouse said.  "We hear stories every day about the corruptive influence of money in politics, and that is why the voters deserve to know who is contributing to Catherine Borgia's campaign and how she is spending that money."

Outhouse said he has filed a formal complaint with the state Board of Elections. Outhouse said Borgia has received more than $11,000 in contributions since she last filed a report.

Borgia said she is aware there were errors in her election filings.

“I am currently working with a professional and corrected filings will be completed this week," Borgia said.

Borgia recently came under fire for comparing County Executive Rob Astorino to Nazis after he vetoed the Immigrant Protection Act. Borgia said she regretted the remark.
