State police were joined by Westchester County police late Monday in the search for an armed robbery suspect.
State police confirmed an investigation and request for a K9 dog unit after a robbery was reported at Boost Mobile, 2093 E. Main St. in Cortlandt near the Peekskill border.
Westchester County police, responding in the Town of Cortlandt, reportedly spotted a male matching a description of a suspect.
The suspect was described as a 30-year-old male with blond hair. He was wearing an orange and black jacket.
About $600 was reportedly taken during the store robbery.
