State Police: Dump Truck Flips On 684 In Katonah

KATONAH, N.Y. -- One lane on northbound Interstate 684 in Katonah has reopened to traffic after a dump truck overturned in a single-vehicle crash on the highway early Monday, state police said.

State Police in Somers closed down northbound I-684 near exit 6 in Katonah shortly after the dump truck overturned at around 10 a.m. Monday. The driver suffered "very minor injuries" and no one else was hurt in the accident, state police said.

All lanes were closed to allow for emergency vehicles to remove the dump truck from the roadway, state police said, adding that one lane opened up at around 1:45 p.m. Monday.
