Thomas P. Larkin, 43, was found to be intoxicated after police were dispatched to a one-car auto collision on Route 123. Larkin provided a breath sample that showed his blood alcohol content was .27 percent, more than three times the legal limit of intoxication, officials say.
Larkin was issued an appearance ticket directing him to appear before the Town of Lewisboro Court Monday, according to officials.
