The teenager went to the Danbury Police Department, accompanied by his parents, to make the complaint just after midnight on July 12. The incident had happened about five hours earlier, police said.

An investigation by the Special Victims Unit of the Danbury Police Department determined the identities of the adult males involved, and Danbury Superior Court issued arrest warrants for them.

Jamal Jackson, 31, of Brookfield, was charged with second-degree sexual assault, risk of injury/impairing the morals of a child and risk of injury/illegal sexual contact with a child.

Jackson was arrested Thursday in Danbury Superior Court while appearing for an unrelated case. After his arrest, he returned to court for arraignment and a $35,000 bond was ordered.

Timothy Connolly, 57, of New Milford, was charged with second-degree sexual assault and risk of injury/illegal sexual contact with a child.

Connolly turned himself in to Danbury police Friday after learning of the arrest warrant. He was scheduled to appear Friday in Danbury Superior Court and a $35,000 bond was ordered.
