BEDFORD, N.Y. -- A 48-year-old Mount Vernon Woman was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on Dec. 22. in Bedford, according to state police.
New York State Police in Somers said Catherine M. Hickey was driving on I-684 in Bedford when she was involved in a car accident involving property damage. Police said a subsequent investigation revealed Hickey had been driving while intoxicated.
Hickey was issued a traffic ticket ordering her to return to the Town of Bedford Court on Jan. 9, 2014.
