Motorist Stopped In Westchester Had Cocaine, Ecstasy, Pot, Police Say

State police making a routine traffic stop apprehended a man for possession of cocaine, ecstasy, and marijuana, according to the New York State Police.

Kepler Philogene, 33, was stopped early in the morning on Sunday, Nov. 25, on Interstate 87 in Greenburgh for a traffic violation. Troopers found the drugs during the stop, state police said.

He was charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana, state police said.

Philogene, of Laval, Quebec, was arraigned before the Town of Greenburgh Court and is being held at the Westchester County Jail on $4,000 bail.
