Felix M. Medina Jr., of New York City, was arrested on Tuesday in connection with a sexual abuse investigation by the Sheriff’s Office Detective Bureau, said Capt. John Watterson.
According to Watterson, Medina, who has ties to Dutchess County, is accused of subjecting the victims to inappropriate sexual contact and that the victims were not random.
"At this time there doesn’t appear to be any danger to the community," he said.
All further details about the case and the victims are being withheld to protect their privacy.
Medina was charged with felony sexual abuse and sexual abuse and is being without bail at the Dutchess County Jail.
He is scheduled to appear in court on April 19.
