WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. - A 34-year-old man was arrested by police in North Castle on Friday after allegedly forcibly touching a woman against her will.
According to police, shortly before 10:30 a.m. on June 1, a woman reported to members of the North Castle Police Department that she had been forcibly touched against her will by a man perpetrator who was in a vehicle in the rear parking lot of North Castle Town Hall.
Following an investigation, Bronx resident Kolawole Ogunsulire was arrested on Friday and charged with a misdemeanor charge of sexual abuse and harrassment, a violation.
Ogunsulire was arraigned on the charges in North Castle Justice Court and released on bail. He is due back in court next month.
