Lewisboro Man, 20, Had Sexual Phone Chats With Minors, Say Police

LEWISBORO, N.Y. -- Alexander A. Accinelli, a 20-year-old Cross River resident, was arrested by state police and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child on Thursday as a result of incidents involving inappropriate phone contact with two local youths, according to a release by New York State Police in Somers.

Police say during the phone contact Accinelli engaged in conversation that was sexual in nature and also requested for one of the youths to secure illegal drugs for him, the release said. 

Accinelli was arraigned in Lewisboro Town Court and released after posting $500 bail, the release said. He was ordered to return to Lewisboro Town Court on Monday, Dec. 22, the release said.
