Burglary Caught On Video At Bedford Mowers

BEDFORD, N.Y. – A man stole eight STIHL power saws valued at $7,000 from Bedford Mowers, a lawn equipment store, on Monday, Aug. 6, Bedford police reported.

Police said surveillance cameras at the store, 385 Adams St., show the man kicking in the front door about 9:21 p.m. and exiting back through it with the saws.

The burglar was a slender, light-skinned man with a crew cut, police said.

Cameras also captured the man's car, a dark-colored Chevrolet S-10 pickup truck with front fog lights and a dent below the rear window, police said.
