Bedford Man Charged With DWI After Rear Ending Two Cars, Police Say

BEDFORD, N.Y. - State police charged Philip Winter, 21, of Bedford, with driving while intoxicated after he was found to have allegedly rear-ended two vehicles while driving northbound on I-684 Saturday afternoon.

Winter was in Lewisboro when his 2015 Honda Civic rear-ended a car, police said. Leaving the scene, he kept going on I-684 when he rear-ended another car, disabling the Civic in the process, police say.

He was issued various traffic tickets, and was ordered to appear in Lewisboro Town Court on Monday, May 11.
