KATONAH, N.Y. - Vincent J. Rubeo of Katonah died Wednesday, March 19. He was 85.
Rubeo was born Dec. 25, 1928, in Yonkers, the son of Vincent J. Rubeo and Mary (Della Camera) Rubeo. He was a veteran of the Korean War. He had a 35 year career as a social studies teacher in Ossining.
Rubeo is survived by his children, Peter of Katonah, Paul (Vera) of Ulster Park, Chris of Los Angeles, Calif., Mary (Greg) Gaiser of Miami Springs, Fla., Elizabeth (Tom) Kelsey of Yorktown Heights; 10 grandchildren; and siblings, Paul (Theresa) of Yonkers and Thomas (Gloria) of Wappingers Falls.
A Memorial Gathering will be held Saturday, March 22 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Clark Associates Funeral Home, Katonah.
