BEDFORD HILLS, N.Y. – Judith Diane (Saroken) Proietti, of Bedford Hills and Boynton Beach, Fla., died Sunday, May 29, at Northern Westchester Hospital in Mount Kisco. She was 74.
She was born on Oct. 26, 1941, to Joseph and Ray Saroken.
She was the mother of Stacie (Mike) Heinke, Gregg Proietti and Jodi Proietti; sister of Gerald Saroken; aunt of Dana, Joseph, Brian, Rafi, Holly, Harlan and Andrea; and grandmother of Danielle, Chelsea and Michael Heinke.
Her husband of 42 years, Frank; died in 2006.
A funeral service will take place on Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Proietti residence, 9 Fieldwood Drive, Bedford Hills. Burial will follow after. Shiva will be observed Wednesday through Friday at the Proietti home with Minyan commencing at 7:30 p.m. each night.
