Henry A. Davidson, 83, Longtime Bedford Resident

MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. - Henry A. Davidson, of Mt. Kisco and a former Bedford resident for 55 years, died Wednesday, March 20. He was 83.

Davidson was born March 2, 1930, son of Henry Arthur and Blanche (Guskie) Davidson. He was the owner of Towne Upholstery in Chappaqua for 49 years.

He served his country in Korea as a staff sergeant in the U.S. Air Force in Japan. He also served on the Chappaqua Volunteer Ambulance Corps and belonged to the Mt. Kisco Masonic Lodge for 52 years.

Davidson is survived by his wife, Betty (Mackey); son, Scott Henry Davidson; a grandchild; brother, Addison (Monica) Davidson of Pleasantville; sisters, Lucille (Frank) Rotondo of Brewester and Linda (Tom) Mitchell of Naples, Fla.; many nieces and nephews.


Calling hours are Sunday March 24 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Oelker-Cox & Sinatra Funeral Home, 262 E. Main St., Mount Kisco, N.Y. The funeral will be Monday March 25 at 10 at Oelker-Cox & Sinatra Funeral Home.
