Fox Lane High School Band Concert : 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. The Fox Lane High School band concert will take place at the school's Mary Lou Meese Theater. Fox Lane High School, 632 S. Bedford Road, Bedford.

Katonah Village Library Volunteer Celebration: 7:30 p.m. Library volunteers are invited to the Garden Room for a celebration. Tuesday, May 1

Town Board site visit : 6:30 p.m. The Town of Bedford Board will visit 44 Holly Branch Road to evaluate the property. The owners want to demolish the house that stands at the location, but the Bedford's Historical Building Preservation Commission has objected because of the building's historical significance. Town Board public hearing : 7:30 p.m. The board will hold a public hearing to discuss code changes for garbage and recyclables. Bedford Town House, 321 Bedford Road, Bedford Hills.

Town Board regular meeting : 8 p.m. The board's regular meeting will follow the 7:30 public hearing. Bedford Town House, 321 Bedford Road, Bedford Hills.

College Night: 6 to 9:15 p.m. Putnam Northern Westchester Board of Cooperative Educational Services is offering a College Night at Fox Lane. Representatives from more than 220 colleges, universities, technical programs and financial institutions will be on hand to answer questions from parents and students. Fox Lane High School, 632 S. Budget informational meeting : 7 p.m. Bedford Hills Elementary School will host a budget information session. Topics will include: What’s in and what’s out of the budget? What does the tax levy cap mean? How will cuts affect students’ quality of education? The meeting is open to all and will be led by Superintendent Jere Hochman and Assistant Superintendent Mark Betz. Katonah Village Improvement Society Annual Town Forum : 7:30 p.m. The Katonah Village Improvement Society will meet at the Katonah Village Library. Panelists include Town Supervisor Lee V.A. Roberts, Commissioner of Public Works Kevin Winn and Police Chief Bill Hayes. This year’s moderator is Don Scott, a society board member and Bedford GOP chairman.
