Sen. Latimer's Rye Home Goes Into Foreclosure

RYE, N.Y. – State Sen. George S. Latimer (D-37th Senate District) has reportedly not paid the mortgage on his Rye home since January causing it to go into foreclosure proceedings, according to lohud.

Carrington Mortgage Services have filed foreclosure papers against Latimer and Robin L. Phelps Latimer for the house at 47 Wainwright St., according to lohud.

Latimer said Friday he has made mortgage payments but Carrington didn't cash his checks, lohud reported.
