WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- North and south exit ramps off the Saw Mill Parkway at 136 Roaring Brook road have reopened after a broken railroad crossing arm resulted in the closure of the exits Monday morning.
A car racing to make it through the crossing before a train came through broke the arm, according to reports.
