Ossining Man Arrested On DWI Charge In Cortlandt

OSSINING, N.Y. -- New York State Police arrested an Ossining man on Oct. 31 on a driving while intoxicated charge, according to police officials.

Edgar G. Guarango-Farez, 38, stopped when troopers witnessed his vehicle moving from its lane unsafely, State Police said.

Guarango-Farez submitted to a Breathalyzer test, which yielded a blood-alcohol content of .16 percent, twice the legal limit, according to State Police.

Guarango-Farez was ordered to appear in Town of Cortlandt Justice Court on Nov. 15, State Police said.
