The 398-page diary apparently details Kennedy’s daily activities and political events from 2001. The diary was allegedly found by his estranged wife, the Post reported.

Mary Kennedy, 52, was found dead in May 2012 in an outbuilding on the Kennedy property at 326 S. Bedford Road. She died of asphyxiation due to hanging, according to the Westchester County Medical Examiner's Office.

The writings also include harsh criticisms of Gov. Andrew Cuomo, and Revs. Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, according to the Post.

Kennedy is the son of the late U.S. Sen. Robert F. Kennedy Sr. and nephew of the late President John F. Kennedy, both assassinated in the 1960s.
