Man Charged With DWI on I-684 in Bedford

BEDFORD, N.Y. — A New York man was arrested on drunken-driving charges Sunday after New York State Police pulled over a car allegedly traveling 95 mph in a 65 mph zone.

Dominic J. Foley, 20, of Mahopac, was pulled over at 3:36 a.m. on Interstate 684 in Bedford, police said.

Police determined Foley to be intoxicated, with an alleged blood alcohol content of 0.10 percent. Foley was charged with driving while intoxicated and was issued traffic tickets by the state police. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Bedford Court on April 26.
