Bedford Hills Man Charged With Assault

MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. — A 42-year-old Bedford Hills man was charged with assault following a June 2 incident at Friendly’s in Mt. Kisco. Officers were called to the restaurant at 445 Main St. for a report of a fight, police said.

The Bedford Hills man was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. The alleged victim was a 42-year-old Yorktown Heights man, police said.

According to police, after being arrested the man was released on his own recognizance and will appear in Mount Kisco Justice Court on June 7.

The following items were also reported by the Mount Kisco Police.

  • A 52-year-old Mahopac woman was charged with disorderly conduct June 2 at Hacienda La Paloma in Mount Kisco. Officers were called to the Mexican restaurant at 443 Lexington Ave. at 11:11 p.m. and charged the woman, who was allegedly intoxicated, with disorderly conduct, a violation, police said. She was given an appearance ticket and released and will appear in Mount Kisco Justice Court on June 7.
  • A 25-year-old Mount Kisco man was accused of stalking by a 21-year-old Mount Kisco woman, according to police. The woman called officers to 16 Hillside Drive at 2:37 a.m., and they ordered the man to cease and desist, police said. No arrest was made.
