The restaurant, whose concept has yet to be finalized, will open at 36 E. Main St., the former site of Greek restaurant Taverna Pandesia.
Little Drunken Chef is the fifth for owners Bonnie Saran and Viktor Solarik.
The first, Little Kabab Station, opened in 2011. It is in downtown Mount Kisco, along with sister eateries Little Spice Bazaar and Little Crepe Street. The other restaurant, Little Mumbai Market, is in Pleasantville.
Saran expected that the restaurant's concept will be finalized in about two to three weeks. Sarah declined to cite potential examples due to the process being preliminary, although she noted that it will have a bar. An opening in about a month from now is being considered.
Regarding a possible concept, Saran explained that there have been brainstorming sessions for it.
“Hopefully it will be something that the town needs," she said.
Solarik, who is also the architect for the project, noted the opportunity of the space being available. He also explained that its proximity to the other locations will make it easier to manage.
