Katonah Homicide Victim ID'd, Died From Multiple Gunshots

BEDFORD, N.Y. -- The 39-year-old man found dead on Oak Road in Katonah on Saturday, Dec. 26 has been identified and police said he was attacked and died from multiple gunshot wounds.

David Cuse of 11 Oak Road was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics from Westchester EMS.

Initial investigation has led detectives to believe Cuse was attacked and the cause of death was multiple gunshot wounds, police said, adding they do not believe it was a random act.

The scene was processed by the Bedford Police Detective Bureau, with assistance from the Westchester County Department of Public Safety’s Forensic investigation unit.

An autopsy will be performed by the Westchester County Medical Examiner.

The Investigation is active and ongoing, police said.
