Free, confidential HIV tests are provided by the Westchester County Department of Health routinely through its STD clinics.

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Free HIV tests will be available in celebration of National HIV Testing Day as a collaboration with Project WAVE agencies and the Westchester County Department of Health. Free, confidential HIV tests are provided by the Westchester County Department of Health routinely through its STD clinics. These tests will be offered at the following locations:
