A total of 642 NYSEG customers and 161 Con Edison customers were without power in Bedford at 8:15 a.m., police report.

Bedford Central Schools closed for the day because of numerous downed trees and road closures.

More than 3,000 residents are without power across Westchester County this morning due to weather related problems, according to NYSEG and Con Edison.
