Wetlands Control Commission meeting: 8 p.m. The meeting will be held at 425 Cherry St., Bedford Hills.

Tuesday, May 8

Planning Board meeting: 8 p.m. The board will meet to discuss preliminary site plan approval for the children's chapel proposed for St. Matthew's Episcopal Church. Bedford Town House, 321 Bedford Road, Bedford Hills.

Wednesday, May 9 

Blue Mountain Housing meeting: 9 a.m. This meeting of the affordable housing group will take place on the Bedford Town House's lower level. Bedford Town House, 321 Bedford Road, Bedford Hills.

Recreation & Parks Advisory Committee: 8 p.m. The committee will meet at 425 Cherry St., Bedford Hills. 

Thursday, May 10

Spring Meeting of the Herb Society of America, New York Chapter: 10 a.m. The meeting will take place in the ballroom at John Jay Homestead and will feature a lecture by Page Dickey, designer of the Herb Garden at the Homestead. A plant sale, raffle and lunch will follow the talk. Donation is $5. John Jay Homestead, 400 Jay Street, Katonah.

Fox Lane Middle School Art Show: 6 to 8 p.m. The show will take place at the middle school's Little Theatre. Fox Lane Middle School, 632 S. Bedford Road, Bedford.

Conservation Board meeting: 7:30 p.m. The board will meet at Bedford Town House, 321 Bedford Road, Bedford Hills.
