Katonah Author Michael Balkind's Latest Book 'The Fix' Is Released

KATONAH, N.Y. -- Katonah resident and author Michael Balkind and co-author, Ryan Burr, host at the Golf Channel, have published their latest work, “The Fix.”

“The Fix” is a mystery novel about football, relationships, temptation, corruption and redemption. It is a story that explores the conflicts in human nature and has an unexpected twist.

Douglas Gottlieb, host of The Doug Gottlieb Show on CBS Radio, weighs in on the book.

“As a former college athlete and now a member of the national media, I couldn't take my eyes off The Fix," said Gottlieb. "The twists and turns kept me on the edge of my seat as a sports fan. It's a must read.”

In addition to Balkind's latest work, he is the author of critically-acclaimed novels “Sudden Death,” “Dead Ball,” and “Gold Medal Threat,” which is endorsed by James Patterson, Clive Cussler, Tim Green, Wendy Corsi Staub and John Lescroart.
