Bedford BikeRun Returns For Fourth Year To Promote Fitness

BEDFORD, N.Y. -- The fourth Annual Bedford Central School Districts Elementary Bike Run will be held Sunday, May 18 on the Fox Lane High School campus.

BikeRun is an event that unites the district's five elementary schools in a fun and productive event to promote health, fitness and wellness goals throughout the community.

Students in kindergarten through fifth-grade are eligible and encouraged to participate.

Approximately 1,500 attendees are expected for the Future Fox athletic, non-competitive, wellness, community unifying endeavor.

All course requirements, sponsors, supporters, Raffle Items, check lists, training, nutrition tips and more can all be found on the BikeRun website.
