NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. — Burd, this week’s pet of the week, can be adopted from the New Rochelle Humane Society at 70 Portsman Road.
Burd is a new arrival — a chocolate Labrador retriever who recently lost his home due to his owner’s hard times.
Burd is typical Labrador who loves everyone he meets, and is great with other dogs. Burd can live with cats and catch two balls at once.
Burd is completely vaccinated, neutered, micro-chipped, heartworm negative and ready to go home.
Burd can be met today. The New Rochelle Humane Society is open seven days a week from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., and Thursdays from 2 p.m.-8 p.m.
