Friday, July 13
Open House BBQ at Temple Sharaay Tefila: 6 p.m. The temple is hosting a membership barbecue that is open to everyone. Rabbis and staff will be available to answer questions for prospective temple members. The evening will end with an outdoor Shabbat service on the patio at 7:30 p.m., followed by an Oneg. Linden String Quartet with Gabriel Kahane: 8 p.m. Closing out its Caramoor Residency, the Linden String Quartet teams up with singer-songwriter Gabriel Kahane. Tickets are $15. Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts, 149 Girdle Ridge Road, Katonah.

Bedford Block Party and Car Show: 6 p.m. Come to the Bedford Fire Company Block Party and Car Show on the Green with music by Sharkey & the Unknowns, a car, truck and motorcycle show and lots of food. Blonde Ambition at the Katonah Museum: 6:30 p.m. Join Blonde Ambition, a rock, pop and blues band featuring local Westchester musicians, for an evening of dancing and partying in the sculpture garden to celebrate Second Saturday at the museum.
